Summer has flown

School beginning on August 25th.Tonight brings Open House at the middle school for Jonathan. This is a brave move for a 6th grader. Hard to believe he's going into middle school. Please be praying for him, he's nervous along with his mom too ! Tomorrow is Jump Start. This is a day when just the 6th graders.....new comers are at school and learn their classes and the where abouts of the lockers and halls and classrooms. Jonathan is trying out in band this year. I know I'm surprised myself,,,,,kind of dreading practice here at home....hahaha! We're keeping a uplook when it comes to starting something new, asking God to help us to trust Him MORE !!!!! Its a shame sometimes that me and my kids are growing up in the LORD at the same time !!!!

My husband's 41st birthday is Wednesday. Happy Birthday honey, I love you more and more every year we're together !

We didn't just get up as it looks like we did and the wind at the beach was giving me a faux hawk with the hair. Nothing like having your best friend by your side. Thanks God for blessing me with him.

Now I have a rising Junior, 16 year old teenage driver in my life who drives me C*R*A*Z*Y* ! I love her and I am so proud of the young woman she is becoming,,,,thinking about college in a couple of years, and choices/decisions in life makes my head spin...asking God to guide and direct our lives to honor Him.
