Beth's advice in James 5:11 ....you have heard of Job's endurance....

Try as you may.....you can't rush training.
Really what she is saying is.....You can't rush God.
You can't push Him, You can't pull Him, You can't tug Him or taunt Him;
If He has a mind to linger right where He is, You can't budge Him one inch.
You can, however try to go without Him; but, chances are, you'll come back because,
if you really have a heart for God, you'll be miserable beyond His blessing.

From the throne's-eye view, the point is not just getting us into our proverbial lands of promise where we bear much fruit. The point is developing the spiritual muscle on our way so once we receive it, we are strong enough to keep it.....the hardest part of possessing the land is DEFENDING it !

Stand FAST, therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ has made us FREE, and be not entangled AGAIN, in a yoke of bondage. Gal. 5:1

Hold that ground do not give it up, stand with both feet planted endure, persevere, sister the LORD is the one who fights for you, STAND and don't back down. Our Pastor's message today was on one another's in the bible. He said think of those who've gone on and invested in your life, someone cared about you and your spiritual walk, they helped you get to where you are NOW.....whew there was tears falling on my cheeks just thinking of all those already there waiting on the rest of us to get there too! God's mercy is so great and His love continues forever. Finding His will does take time and even when we want to rush through something just because it hurts or takes too long doesn't mean God will let you get away with it !
